Jade Stone Gua Sha Tool

Green Jade is the traditional stone of choice for gua sha. Gua sha stones are used to relieve tension, increase circulation, aid with skin elasticity & sculpting of the skin. The stone is sculpted to compliment the bone structure of the face & to allow the user to create a stroke motion that allows a pressure & stretch movement all at once. This helps to promote blood circulation, decrease inflammation & can dramatically help in the appearance of fine lines.

Hold the skin firmly in place with one hand, and using the gua sha tool in the other hand, at a 45 degree angle, “scrape” and stroke across the skin with a positive pressured motion, always moving from the centre of the face out towards the ear & side of scalp.

For the neck always flick in an upwards fashion, continue to “scrape” along the jawline and down towards the collar bone.
